Shipping Times
Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Australian Shipping Rates
A $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders.
If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $20.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product details
Silky Saws Pocket Boy Folding Saw is a great little saw for carvers. Compact and versatile, this saw is often used for jobs a much bigger saw would normally take on.
Pocket Boys come in a perspex carry case that can be easily clipped to your belt or a carabiner clip.
The Silky Pocket Boy Folding Saws have four different colours for the different tooth sizes - we stock 3 of these suitable for carvers...
Fine Tooth: Great for stop cuts and seasoned timber or hardwood.
Medium Tooth: A great general purpose, can cope with small branches and okay with large ones too.
Large Tooth: this size tooth is ideal of large branches and sappy green wood
The saws are designed to cut on the pull stroke. They have a hollow ground blade, which reduces friction when cutting. This allows the cutting stroke to feel very easy and fast.
The teeth taper in thickness from large at the handle to small at the tip. The style of tooth also cuts a larger hole than the width of the blade reducing the change of the blade getting jammed in the cut. The blades are made out of a high carbon SK4 steel which is both strong and flexible. The saw also features a rust-resistant, hard chrome-plated blade to provide fast, clean, and an extremely smooth cutting action.
Pocket Boy folding saws have two settings on the blade. The first is a standard saw blade angle, the second has the blade pointing into the air. This angle allows you to cut to a flat surface or enables you to have the handle away from branches that are slowing and inconveniencing your cutting.
The handles are made out of a special award winning rubber called GOM which makes it comfortable to hold. The rubber handle acts to absorb alot of the vibrations you get when cutting and allows for a good grip even when wet.
Everything on the Silky saws are replaceable. There are 4 tooth sizes in the Pocket Boy range and these blades are interchangeable with the handles. So if you would like this saw which is ideal for general and larger limb pruning, you could also purchase a replacement blade of the medium tooth which is ideal for carpentry and bamboo.
