Sharpen carving axes asymmetrically by using a smaller angle and larger bevel on the left-hand side (for right-handed individuals). Achieve easier cutting and carving with the force closer to the direction of cutting.
Extreme Versatility
The AX-40 Axe Jig provides versatility in sharpening various types of axes, offering a wide range of positioning options. Users can sharpen with the edge trailing (in the same direction as the grinding wheel's rotation) or edge leading (against the direction of rotation), while standing or sitting on either side of the machine. This allows for finding the optimal position for both the user and their axes.

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
