Sharpen a variety of materials, such as steel, ceramic, and carbide, with the Diamond Wheel Fine 600 grit designed for Tormek T-4 200mm models, including the Original, Bushcraft, and earlier versions.

This Diamond Wheel Fine 600 grit for T-4 200mm has been designed for exceptional durability and constant removal rate, ensuring that it stays round and flat with a full-size diameter. This feature is beneficial for frequent tool sharpening, as it simplifies both setup and sharpening processes.
Get a completely flat bevel
This Diamond Wheel Fine 600 grit is designed to fit the T-4 200mm sharpener. Its unique shape allows for grinding on both the side and upper surface of the wheel. Side grinding is ideal for smaller tools like knives, chisels, and carving gouges, providing a completely flat bevel as opposed to a slight hollow grind.
For optimal sharpening, we suggest pairing the MB-102 Multi Base with the corresponding jig designed for your specific tool. These tools provide essential support and precision throughout the sharpening process. Unsure of which jig to use? Find out here.
Rust protection for increased service life
Increase the lifespan and improve the grinding surface of your diamond wheel by adding 10 ml of ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate to 250 ml of water (~4%) before sharpening. It is recommended to always use water when sharpening with diamond wheels to prevent rust and ensure optimal performance. However, sharpening without water is also possible. Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
