A grinding wheel for all materials
The DF-250 Diamond Wheel Fine can sharpen a variety of materials, such as steel, ceramics, and carbide, with its 600 grit. Designed specifically to fit the T-8 250mm grinding wheel, this wheel is compatible with the Tormek T-7 and earlier models as well.
Simplifies repeat sharpening

This diamond grinding wheel is designed for frequent sharpening of the same tool, resulting in a round and flat wheel with a full-size diameter. Woodturners will especially appreciate its ability to simplify jig setting and sharpening.
Get a completely flat bevel
This product's consistent shape allows for sharpening on either the side or upper surface of the wheel. Side sharpening is ideal for smaller tools like knives, chisels, carving gouges, and v-tools, resulting in an edge with a flat bevel rather than a slightly concave surface.
To effectively sharpen your tools using diamond grinding wheels, it is recommended to use the MB-102 Multi Base in conjunction with the jig designed specifically for your tool. These accessories provide vital support and control during the sharpening process.
Rust protection for increased service life
Diamond grinding wheels come with 150 ml of ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate. It is important to add this concentrate to the water while sharpening to prevent rust on the wheel. 10 ml (0.02 pints) of concentrate should be added to 250 ml (0.4 pints) of water (~4%). For optimal results, we suggest using water while sharpening with diamond grinding wheels as it extends the wheel's lifespan and provides a smoother sharpening surface. However, it is also possible to sharpen without water.
