Shipping Times
Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Australian Shipping Rates
A $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders.
If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $20.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@woodtamer.com.au and send your item to: Wood Tamer, PO Box 3346, Wamberal NSW 2260, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig
The patented KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig by Tormek ensures symmetrical bevels with consistent angles on both sides of any type of knife, regardless of its thickness or geometry. Whether sharpening a kitchen knife or a tapered hunting knife, the jig provides identical results without requiring a readjustment. It accommodates a wide range of knives, such as household, chef's, craft, hunting, and fishing knives, as well as woodcarver's drawknives and gardener's pruning shears.

This innovative jig self-centers the knife and accommodates blades up to 10 mm thick, as well as those with tapered edges. With its symmetrical grinding capabilities, the jig guarantees optimal results with minimal setup required.
Guided freedom
The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig allows for precision sharpening by utilizing a freely resting stop against the universal support. This ensures guided sharpening for various knife shapes, from craft knives to recurve knives and classic chef's knives, making it a versatile tool for sharpening.
Fits most knives
The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig is suitable for sharpening knives with blades ranging from 60 mm (2 3/8") to 10 mm thick, and a height of 12 mm (8/16"). For smaller knives, the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder can be used in conjunction with the knife jig to accommodate even the smallest knives. Additionally, the KJ-45 has an extra stop for sharpening taller knives, including cleavers. Using the US-430 Extended Universal Support, even taller knives and tools can be sharpened.
The KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig is specifically designed to stabilize and center long and flexible blades, providing consistently even and symmetrical results. This is especially beneficial for filleting knives.

The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig was designed and constructed with a focus on providing the best sharpening experience for users. The jig's weight is primarily concentrated on the clamps, which are closest to the sharpening area, resulting in a well-balanced feel during use.
The final part of the stop has been carefully crafted to prioritize ergonomics. A flat surface is included for you to rest your thumb on and securely attach the jig to the universal support.
