This particular Leather Honing Wheel, the LA-220, is specially designed to work in conjunction with the PA-70 Honing Compound. Its main function is to gently remove any burrs that may have accumulated during the sharpening process, while also polishing the bevel for the sharpest and most long-lasting results. Additionally, this wheel is ideal for routine maintenance, allowing you to quickly restore sharpness without having to establish a new bevel. It is compatible with the Tormek T-8 machine.

After sharpening, honing on the leather wheel maintains a precise and efficient edge. To prolong the life of the honing wheel and achieve optimal performance, apply a light machine oil before using the honing compound.
