Shipping Times
Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Australian Shipping Rates
A $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders.
If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $20.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@woodtamer.com.au and send your item to: Wood Tamer, PO Box 3346, Wamberal NSW 2260, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The SE-77 Square Edge Jig simplifies the process of setting your chisels and plane irons for precise 90° sharpening. Its innovative design allows for accurate sharpening with exceptional precision. Additionally, the jig can be adjusted to sharpen edges with a slight curve.

Mounts firmly and sharpens safely
The jig accurately aligns the tool along its flat top surface. With the flat shoulder of the SE-77 Square Edge Jig, mounting the tool at a 90° angle is effortless. The jig evenly distributes pressure from the center of the plate to the edges, ensuring a secure hold without the need for excessive force. Simply adjust the sharpening angle and position the jig on the universal support at the correct height, and you're ready to start sharpening!
Micro adjust screws for maximum precision
This square edge jig, model SE-77, features a movable end that can be easily adjusted using two small screws. This allows for quick and precise customization of settings, which is especially helpful for narrow tools, non-parallel grinding wheels, or slightly twisted blades. With just a few seconds of adjustment by releasing and tightening the screws, the perfect settings can be achieved.
Sharpening conical chisels
This jig's design is specifically made for conical tools with thicker handles, like Japanese chisels, for easier positioning and sharpening. The safety stops ensure the jig stays on the universal support bar and prevents the tool from slipping off the grinding wheel, ultimately eliminating any risk of injury to your fingers while sharpening. Suitable for sharpening chisels and plane irons up to 77 mm (3.03") in width.
Sharpen plane irons with rounded edges
The SE-77 Square Edge Jig features an adjustable end that allows for easy optimization of chamfering, providing the ideal shape for your hand plane. Simply position the tool below the marked pivot point on the jig and adjust the knobs for increased pendulum movement and a more pronounced bevel on the edges. The degree of chamfer depends on the type of plane and is approximately the same as the shavings produced.
