Shipping Times
Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

A $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders.
If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $20.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@woodtamer.com.au and send your item to: Wood Tamer, PO Box 3346, Wamberal NSW 2260, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Precision is guaranteed as the diamond tip carefully removes excess material and restores the perfect roundness and flatness of your stone. This versatile tool is compatible with all Tormek machines utilizing a universal support, except for diamond grinding wheels.

Maintain the shape of your grindstone
Ensure the longevity of your grindstone by using the patented TT-50 Truing Tool. Over time, sharpening different tools with varying pressure can cause the stone to become hollowed out or oval, affecting its efficacy. With the truing tool, you can easily restore a round and flat shape to your grindstone, making it ideal for precision sharpening tasks such as planer blades and plane irons.
The TT-50 Truing Tool is compatible with all Tormek machines that have a universal support. It can be used on all Tormek grinding wheels, except for the diamond grinding wheels, which have a steel body. If the truing tool is used on a diamond grinding wheel, it may damage both the tool and the wheel.
High precision and ease of use
The TT-50 Truing Tool, constructed from cast zinc, reduces play and enhances precision and quality. By simultaneously rotating two knobs with both hands, the diamond tip can be easily maneuvered over the stone. This controlled feed results in a smooth surface, free of any rough marks.
The stone remains parallel to the tool when using the TT-50 Truing Tool, thanks to the universal support and jigs. The Micro Adjust on the universal support allows for precise cut depth, with a scale showing 0.25mm increments for maximum accuracy in material removal.
Create a more or less rough surface
Utilize the feed rate, ranging from 30 to 90 seconds, to select the desired smoothness of your grindstone. Adjust the speed at which the diamond tip passes over the stone to control the roughness of the surface. This allows for efficient removal of steel during the sharpening process, particularly beneficial for hard steel tools with a large sharpening area.
To achieve a smoother surface, feed the diamond tip slowly across the stone. A time of 90 seconds yields a significant improvement with minimal visible marks. However, the surface will still be rougher than using the coarse side of the SP-650 Stone Grader, regardless of feed speed.
For earlier Tormek models
Upgrade your outdated machine with the US-105 Universal Support for the Tormek T-8 and older models equipped with a 250 mm (9 7/8") grinding wheel, or the US-103 Universal Support for the Tormek T-4 and older models equipped with a 200 mm (7 7/8") grinding wheel. This will allow you to easily and conveniently use the TT-50 Truing Tool.
Replace the diamond tip
The TT-50 Truing Tool comes with a diamond tip that can be replaced with the ADV-D Diamond Exchange Tip for easy maintenance. To extend the lifespan of the diamond tip, we recommend rotating it slightly before replacing it with a new one. This can potentially uncover new diamonds and restore proper functionality to the tip.
