This basic wood carving set is a great way to get into wood carving.  The set contains 2 skewed swallowtail knives, a V Tool and a short gouge. They come packaged in a stunning storage box.

This set can be used in wood engraving, relief carving and chip carving.

  • High-quality carbon steel W1-7;
  • 2mm metal thickness;
  • 60-62 HRC (Rockwell);
  • oak wood handle finished with linseed oil;
  • for both soft and hard wood;
  • 140mm total tool size;
  • made in Europe, Ukraine;

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.

Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

Outstanding & Uniquely shaped carving chisels

Having just made time to put these brilliantly shaped chisels to good use, I found using with care (Kevlar gloves) given the blade edges are very keen & sharp. Cuts beautifully into Silky Oak cleanly. Very neat box case to safely house these with ease. Very much look forward to using the right hand spoon knife, spoon blanks & chip carving blanks very soon with great results. Very efficient postage service as well. Later on I will look into a course to do to “hone “ my skills in this regard.
